The House is set to vote on a continuing resolution (CR) proposal on Friday morning to prevent a government shutdown, according to Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla. Luna expressed confidence in reaching a deal and suggested a vote could take place at 10 a.m. She emphasized that there will be no compromises with Democrats. A spending bill supported by Trump failed to pass the House on Thursday, falling short of the required majority.
