A 4-year-old child was killed in a shooting in Columbiana County, Ohio, after police responded to a call about a possible suicidal man. During the exchange of gunfire, the child, identified as Rosalie Carey, was struck by a bullet. A police officer was also shot in the head and is in critical condition.
