Reba McEntire's son, Shelby Blackstock, plans to develop a 407-acre property in Tennessee into a new community for senior citizens. The project, called Cumberland Oaks, will feature up to 435 homes catering to residents at various life stages. Wilson County has approved the plan, which includes a marina clubhouse that could double as a bed and breakfast. The development, a joint venture with Austin Recht, aims to create a destination community in the area. Blackstock, McEntire's only child, is embarking on this new venture after his parents' divorce in 2015.
