The Carolina Panthers have signed defensive back Jaycee Horn to a four-year, $100 million deal, making him the highest-paid defensive back in NFL history at $25 million a year. The extension keeps Horn in Carolina through the 2029 season. The 25-year-old had a standout 2024 season with 68 tackles, 2.0 sacks, and one interception. Horn, drafted as the No. 8 overall pick in 2021, has played his entire career with the Panthers, recording 153 tackles, 26 pass deflections, and five interceptions.
