The NFL has announced the offseason program dates for all 32 teams, with the Raiders starting on April 8 and ending in mid-June with mandatory minicamp. The program consists of three phases, with Phase One limited to meetings, conditioning, and rehab, Phase Two including on-field workouts, and Phase Three allowing for organized team practice activities. New head coaches can hold an additional voluntary veteran minicamp, with the Raiders opting for April 21-23. Dates are subject to change, and guard Jackson Powers-Johnson recently went undercover as a tour guide at Allegiant Stadium.
