Kanye West is threatening to take Kim Kardashian to court over allegations that she is exploiting their children and violating their custody agreement. In a cease and desist letter, Kanye's lawyer claims Kim left their daughter North unattended in a car during the Met Gala and has denied him meaningful access to their children. Kanye also accuses Kim of exploiting North for personal or commercial gain by posting online content of their daughter at public events. Kim's sources refute Kanye's claims, stating that he has rarely asked to see the kids this year and she has never denied him access.
