The restaurant, established in 1947, is situated in the iconic Fort Worth Stockyards and is known for its juicy steaks served in a saloon-like setting. Despite undergoing a significant renovation, Sheridan aims to preserve the traditional elements that have made Cattlemen's a longstanding favorite in the area.
Recognizing Fort Worth's significance in American history, Sheridan envisions Cattlemen's as a gathering place for those who have shaped the city's past and continue to influence its future. To enhance the dining experience, Sheridan plans to introduce a social club concept called the Cattlemen's Club, offering exclusive dining options for members in a designated area of the restaurant.
Membership to the Cattlemen's Club is available for $3,000, with a one-time initiation fee of $1,000. This venture into the restaurant industry is not Sheridan's first, as he also owns the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse in Las Vegas and the 6666 Ranch in Texas, which supplies beef to various establishments, including Cattlemen's. In addition to his culinary ventures, Sheridan is known for his successful television and film productions, such as Yellowstone, Tulsa King, and Wind River, showcasing his diverse creative talents.
