The Dallas Parks and Recreation Board recently approved a three-year licensing deal for the team to use the Cotton Bowl and a three-year lease for the MoneyGram Soccer Complex at Elm Fork. The team's officials confirmed the negotiations with the Dallas Business Journal. The final approval from the Dallas City Council is still pending.
