Billy Strings Rocks Allstate Arena: A Recap of Two Nights of Unforgettable Performances
Billy Strings recently performed at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL for a two-night event that left fans in awe. The first night featured an extended jam on “Reuben’s Train” followed by a switch in instrumentation for “Stratosphere Blues/I Believe in You”. The setlist included a mix of new and classic songs, with standout performances of “10,000 Miles From A Friend” and “Nights In White Satin”. The night ended with two rare songs, “Key Signator” and “In Tall Buildings”.
The second night was equally impressive, with a seamless transition from “Running The Route” into “End of the Rainbow” as the centerpiece of the first set. Billy Strings’ summer tour will continue with stops in various cities, including Kansas City, St. Louis, and Charlotte. After an international swing in Australia and New Zealand, Strings will return to the US in August to open for Dead & Company at the Grateful Dead 60th anniversary shows. The tour will conclude with headline gigs in several cities across the US.
