Rascal Flatts: Life Is A Highway Tour Highlights and Heartfelt Performances

Rascal Flatts, the Grammy-winning country group, has made a triumphant return with their latest album, Life Is A Highway: Refueled Duets. This album features their classic hits reimagined with a modern country twist. The band, consisting of Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney, and Jay DeMarcus, recently concluded their Life Is A Highway Tour with fellow artists Lauren Alaina and Chris Lane.

During the 52nd annual CMA Fest in Nashville, Rascal Flatts made several notable appearances. They performed at the prestigious “Spotify House,” headlined the “Fan Fair” on June 7th, and took the main stage at Nissan Stadium. Jay DeMarcus and his 12-year-old son, Dylan Jay, also captivated audiences with a special performance at the Listening Room Cafe, a renowned venue for showcasing Nashville songwriters.

The father-son duo delivered a touching rendition of Rascal Flatts’ iconic song, “Bless The Broken Road,” originally penned in 1994. This song, which became a chart-topping hit for Rascal Flatts in 2004, earned them a Grammy Award for Best Country Song. Dylan's impressive vocal talent at such a young age left the audience in awe as he flawlessly sang alongside his father.

The DeMarcus family's musical prowess was on full display during this heartfelt performance, showcasing the next generation's talent. Witness the touching rendition of “Bless The Broken Road” by Jay DeMarcus and his son, Dylan, in the video below.
