Glenn Irwin Hospitalized After Crash: Updates on Rider's Condition

The Hager PBM Ducati rider has been transported to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital after a crash during Free Practice 3. Glenn Irwin was initially examined at the circuit medical center where x-rays did not reveal any visible injuries. However, he was subsequently taken to the hospital for further scans and has been deemed unfit for Qualifying. Irwin, who currently holds the second position in the championship standings, is 12 points behind former champion Bradley Ray. Despite the setback, the 35-year-old rider posted the eighth fastest time overall during Friday's free practice sessions.

Updates on Glenn Irwin's condition will be provided as soon as they are available.
