Taylor Swift, who owns multiple homes across the U.S., including a mansion in Rhode Island, could face an additional $136,000 in yearly taxes if the law is enacted. Portnoy, who owns properties in various locations, including Nantucket, Massachusetts, humorously remarked on the situation, hoping that other states don't adopt similar taxes.

Despite owning homes in Miami, Saratoga Springs, Montauk, and Nantucket, Portnoy is content with his current properties and has no plans to acquire more. He jokingly mentioned that he might be willing to pay a tax named after him in Massachusetts, showcasing his sense of humor and ego. The businessman values his homes and uses them frequently, emphasizing his satisfaction with his current real estate portfolio.
