Tragic Shooting at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada: Details and Victims Identified
A tragic incident occurred at a casino in Reno, Nevada, where a gunman opened fire, resulting in the death of three individuals and injuring three others. The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Dakota Hawver, had no known connections to the casino or the victims. He fired multiple rounds at a group of people in the parking lot of the Grand Sierra Resort before fleeing the scene. Hawver engaged in a shootout with a security guard and a driver in the parking lot before being disabled by responding officers.

Canepa succumbed to his injuries during emergency surgery at Renown Regional Medical Center, while Agulia was declared dead at the casino's valet area. Agulia and Canepa were in town for a bachelor party with friends when they were shot from behind while waiting for a ride to the airport.
