Stevie Nicks Reschedules Tour Dates Due to Shoulder Injury, 'Buckingham Nicks' Album Set for Reissue

Stevie Nicks has rescheduled her upcoming tour dates due to a shoulder injury. The 77-year-old singer/songwriter will need time to recover from a fractured shoulder, prompting the rescheduling of her US concert dates in August and September. However, her October dates remain unaffected. Nicks expressed her regret for any inconvenience caused to her fans and looks forward to seeing them soon.

In other news, the album "Buckingham Nicks," the only studio album by Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks as a duo, is set to be reissued for the first time. Originally released in September 1973, the album has been sourced from the original master tapes for its return to vinyl and hi-res digital files for CD and digital release. Recorded at Sound City Studios in Los Angeles, the album preceded Nicks and Buckingham's joining of Fleetwood Mac, which was initiated by drummer Mick Fleetwood after hearing their work.

Despite the success of the album, the relationship between Nicks and Buckingham has been strained since Buckingham's departure from Fleetwood Mac in 2018. Fleetwood has expressed his desire for the two to reconcile and even planned a band reunion before Christine McVie's passing in November 2022. Following McVie's death, Fleetwood has been searching for a new musical direction but remains hopeful of collaborating with another band in 2026.

As fans eagerly await Stevie Nicks' return to the stage and the reissue of "Buckingham Nicks," the music world remains hopeful for potential future collaborations and reunions among iconic musicians.
