Unlocking the Legacy: McFarlane Toys' Lock-Up Figure from Batman: The Animated Series

The new six-inch scale Lock-Up figure, part of McFarlane's DC Direct line, is a Walmart exclusive Black Light Edition Gold Label deluxe figure. It comes with a baton, an art card with a stand, and a base featuring two battery-powered black lights, priced at $29.99 USD.
The episode featuring Lock-Up showcased the character's descent into extremism and his clash with Batman, with Robin's assistance.
