Atlético Ottawa's Annual 'Soccer is for Everyone' Pride Match at TD Place: Celebrating Capital Pride Month

To celebrate Capital Pride month, Atlético Ottawa is hosting its annual "Soccer is for Everyone" match at TD Place this Sunday. The event will feature a vibrant Pride flag parade and a colorful smoke demonstration during the ceremony. Atlético and Volkswagen are partnering with five local 2SLGBTQ+ organizations to show their support: Capital Pride, Capital Rainbow Refuge, Ten Oaks Project, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ottawa (PRISM Program), and Ottawa Pride FC. The first 500 fans will receive free branded bucket hats. The match between Atlético Ottawa and York United FC will kick off at 4 p.m.
