Elizabeth Holmes Spotted Jogging at Texas Prison Where Ghislaine Maxwell is Housed

Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos, was recently seen jogging at a minimum-security prison in Texas where Ghislaine Maxwell is currently housed. Holmes, who is serving an 11-year sentence for deceiving investors at Theranos, was convicted of wire fraud and conspiracy in 2022. She was photographed jogging in the prison's rec yard wearing a gray shirt, shorts, compression gloves, and a hat.
The Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas is where Maxwell, the associate of Jeffrey Epstein, was transferred to from a facility in Florida. Maxwell, who is seeking a pardon or sentence commutation from President Donald Trump, has also offered to testify about Epstein in exchange for immunity. She was convicted in 2021 on sex trafficking charges related to Epstein's abuse of underage girls.
It remains unclear why Maxwell was moved to the Texas prison, but her lawyer met with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche before the transfer. Maxwell's eligibility for release is in 2037, and she has asked the Supreme Court to overturn her conviction citing an immunity deal with Epstein. The possibility of a pardon or commutation for Maxwell from President Trump has not been ruled out.
