Remembering Jane Morgan Weintraub: A Tribute to a Musical Legend
Jane Morgan Weintraub, a renowned singer and entertainer, passed away at the age of 101 in Naples, Florida. Known professionally as Jane Morgan, she was a prominent figure on television variety shows during the 1950s, '60s, and early 1970s. With a musical upbringing, Morgan began her career at a young age and gained fame for her performances in France before returning to the United States. She achieved success with hit albums and singles, including the popular song "Fascination." In 1962, she married Jerry Weintraub, a well-known music manager and film producer, and together they raised a family. Throughout her career, Morgan appeared on numerous television shows, hosted her own specials, and graced the Broadway stage. She received a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2011. Morgan is survived by her children and grandchildren, and memorial services will be held privately.
