Getting to the Morgan Wallen Concert at Gillette Stadium: Train Transportation Guide

Are you planning to attend the Morgan Wallen concert at Gillette Stadium? If so, here's how you can get there by train. Roundtrip tickets for the special event train to Gillette Stadium for the Morgan Wallen shows on Aug. 22 and Aug. 23 will be available for purchase exclusively through the mTicket app starting at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8. The MBTA Commuter Rail and Keolis will offer service from Boston for the Aug. 22 show and from both Boston and Providence for the Aug. 23 show.

Morgan Wallen will be performing at Gillette Stadium as part of his “I’m the Problem” tour, joined by Miranda Lambert, Corey Kent, and Zach John King. To find out more details, visit GilletteStadium.com. Roundtrip special event train tickets cost $20 and can be purchased via the mTicket app for both dates. Tickets for each special event train must be bought separately and for the correct corresponding station of origin (Boston or Providence). Regular Commuter Rail tickets and passes are not valid for special event trains.

The Boston special event train will depart from South Station with stops at Back Bay and Dedham Corporate Center before reaching Foxboro Station. The Providence special event train will leave from Providence Station with stops at Pawtucket/Central Falls, Attleboro, and Mansfield before arriving at Foxboro Station.

On Friday, Aug. 22, the Boston special event train will depart from South Station at 2:40 p.m., stopping at Back Bay and Dedham Corporate Center before arriving at Foxboro Station at 3:40 p.m. On Saturday, Aug. 23, the Boston special event train will leave South Station at 3:20 p.m. and arrive at Foxboro Station at 4:20 p.m. The Providence special event train on Aug. 23 will depart from Providence Station at 2:45 p.m. and reach Foxboro Station at 4:05 p.m.

The special event trains are expected to arrive in Foxborough about an hour before the concert begins and will depart 30 minutes after the concert ends.
