Nektar, a progressive rock band from the 1970s, created innovative music despite facing challenges like lineup changes and misunderstandings. The band's core members, including Roye Albrighton, Allan Freeman, Derek Moore, and Ron Howden, met in Hamburg in 1969 and signed with German label Bellaphon Records.
