Experience the Best of Sundance: Short Film Tour Comes to Louisville!
The Sundance Film Festival Short Film Tour is making its way to Louisville, with screenings scheduled at the Speed Art Museum Cinema from August 29 to 31. Each year, the Sundance Film Festival receives approximately 3,500 submissions, but only about 40 films are selected to be showcased at the festival. The tour will feature seven of the top short films from the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, spanning various genres such as animation, comedy, drama, and documentary.
The screenings will take place on the following dates and times: Friday, August 29 from 6-7:30 p.m., Saturday, August 30 from 3-4:30 p.m. and 6-7:30 p.m., and Sunday, August 31 from 3-4:30 p.m. Tickets for the event are priced at $12, with a discounted rate of $8 available for Speed Art Museum members.
