Uncovering David Bowie: Kate Moss Hosts New Podcast on BBC Radio 6 Music

Kate Moss will be hosting a new podcast on BBC Radio 6 Music focusing on the artistic evolution of David Bowie. The podcast, titled ‘Music Uncovered, David Bowie: Changeling’, will delve into Bowie's life from 1970 to 1975. Moss expressed her excitement about sharing the story of Bowie's transformation during this period, highlighting his significance as a British icon. The podcast will feature rare interviews with Bowie, as well as new interviews with artists like Boy George, Chrissie Hynde, and Elton John, who were inspired by Bowie's legacy.
The podcast will be available on BBC Sounds starting on September 10 and will be broadcast on 6 Music on September 22. It will include exclusive interviews with Bowie, as well as insights from those who knew him and were influenced by his work. Each episode will explore different aspects of Bowie's career, from his early performances with The Hype to the creation of iconic albums like ‘The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars’. In addition to the podcast, the V&A is launching the David Bowie Centre at V&A East Storehouse in London, which will house a working archive dedicated to Bowie's life and works.
