1587 Prime, a highly anticipated steakhouse venture by Kansas City Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, is scheduled to open next month. The restaurant made the announcement on Instagram, revealing that it will welcome the public on Wednesday, September 17, which also happens to be Mahomes' 30th birthday. Reservations for the opening night can be made starting at noon on Wednesday, August 20. The NFL stars recently shared a video sampling menu items like A5 Carpaccio, 1587 Chop Salad, Shrimp Diablo, and 33 Burger. Located inside the Loews Kansas City Hotel in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, the restaurant will be managed by Noble 33, a Miami-based hospitality group. Spanning 10,000 square feet and accommodating 238 seats across two levels, 1587 Prime will offer a 20-seat central bar, private dining rooms, a grand piano, custom art installations, and a VIP entrance.
