Jimmie Allen has been involved in a sexual assault case where a woman accused him of raping her in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2022 and recording the incident on a hidden phone. The Federal Court in Tennessee ruled that Allen forfeited his right to defend himself by not complying with court-imposed deadlines and orders. The plaintiff, known as Jane Doe 2, can now seek financial restitution for battery, assault, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress.
Jane Doe 2 met Jimmie Allen on a flight and later agreed to meet him at a hotel in Las Vegas. Despite her requests, Allen allegedly ejaculated inside her without consent. Jane Doe 2 discovered a hidden phone recording their interaction, which she deleted before leaving the room. She reported the incident to the police and took the phone with her.
The court found Jimmie Allen and Aadyn’s Dad Touring, the company employing Allen's bodyguard, liable for the assault. Allen had been accused of delaying the lawsuit and changing lawyers multiple times. He settled the first sexual assault case in March 2024 for an undisclosed amount. Another lawsuit filed in May 2023 accused Allen of multiple incidents of rape and sexual assault over several months.
The allegations against Jimmie Allen included incidents where the victim woke up naked and in pain in a hotel room, with Allen beside her. Allen allegedly took videos and photos to coerce her silence. Allen admitted to a sexual relationship with the victim but claimed it was consensual. He was married at the time and had fathered twins with another woman while married.
