Tragic Double Homicide in Encino: 22-Year-Old Man Faces Murder Charges
A 22-year-old man from Encino is facing murder charges in connection with the shooting deaths of Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, both 70, inside their home. Raymond Boodarian is charged with two counts of murder and one count of residential burglary with a person present.
