College Football Week One Preview: Big 12 Matchups and National Games
Week One is finally here, and the excitement is building with big games both nationally and in the Big 12 kicking off tonight. The Frogs O’ War team has made their picks for all the Big 12 matchups and the top national games. Don't forget, there's still time to join our Pick ‘Em contest!
UCF Knights will face off against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks on Thursday, August 28 at 6:00 PM on ESPN+. Following that, the Cincinnati Bearcats will take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers at 8:00 PM on ESPN.
The Baylor Bears will go head-to-head with the Auburn Tigers on Friday, August 29 at 7:00 PM on FOX, while the Colorado Buffaloes will clash with the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets at the same time on ESPN.
On Saturday, August 30, the Arizona Wildcats will battle the Hawaii Warriors at 9:30 PM on TNT/HBO Max, and the Utah Utes will face the UCLA Bruins at 10:00 PM on FOX. The Texas Longhorns will play against the Ohio State Buckeyes at 11:00 AM on FOX, and the Syracuse Orange will take on the Tennessee Volunteers at the same time on ABC.
Later in the day, the Alabama Crimson Tide will meet the Florida State Seminoles at 2:30 PM on ABC, and the LSU Tigers will go up against the Clemson Tigers at 6:30 PM on ABC. The Virginia Tech Hokies will play the South Carolina Gamecocks on Sunday, August 31 at 2:00 PM on ESPN, followed by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish facing the Miami Hurricanes at 6:30 PM on ABC.
