Steven Adler and Soultone Cymbals: Rocking Out with Guns N' Roses Classics

A new video has been released by Soultone Cymbals featuring former GUNS N' ROSES drummer Steven Adler performing the band's iconic track "You Could Be Mine." Adler is praised as a rock legend showcasing his drumming skills with a custom set of cymbals tailored to his preferences. His solo band includes talented musicians like lead guitarist Michael Thomas, rhythm guitarist Alistair James, bassist Cristian Sturba, and lead singer Ariel "Ari" Kamin, who has impressed audiences with his vocal prowess and stage presence.
Michael Thomas, known for his work with bands like ENGINES OF AGGRESSION and BEAUTIFUL CREATURES, along with Alistair James, who has collaborated with HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES, bring their expertise to Adler's band. Ariel Kamin, a respected rocker from Argentina, was handpicked by Adler to front the band after a chance encounter in Buenos Aires. Adler commends Kamin for his exceptional voice and ability to connect with the audience, making him a standout frontman in the rock scene.
Adler's decision to recruit Kamin was influenced by a performance in Argentina where Kamin's talent stood out, leading Adler to invite him to join the band. Kamin replaced Constantine Maroulis as the vocalist for ADLER'S APPETITE, showcasing his versatility and stage presence. Despite not being part of the initial lineup for the "Not In This Lifetime" tour, Adler made appearances at select shows, impressing fans with his drumming skills on classic GUNS N' ROSES tracks.
Steven Adler's involvement in the GUNS N' ROSES reunion tour was initially expected to be more extensive, with plans to perform all the "Appetite For Destruction" material. However, due to a back injury during rehearsals, Adler's participation was limited, leading to speculation about his role in the tour. The current drummer for GUNS N' ROSES is Isaac Carpenter, who took over from Frank Ferrer in March, making his debut at the Songdo Moonlight Festival Park in South Korea. Adler's contributions to the band's legacy continue to be celebrated by fans worldwide.
