McBee Dynasty Star Steven McBee Sr. Faces Sentencing Delays and Forfeiture of Designer Watches

Steven McBee Sr., a star of the McBee Dynasty, has faced multiple delays in his sentencing after pleading guilty to his involvement in a fraud scheme. Originally scheduled for March, the sentencing has been rescheduled several times, with the latest date set for October 16. As part of the case, McBee Sr. has been ordered to surrender three designer watches, including a Tag Heuer Formula 1, a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera, and a Rolex Daytona, to partially satisfy the money judgment he owes.

The court order cited a U.S. code that allows for the forfeiture of property derived from proceeds traceable to the offenses alleged in the case. McBee Sr. was charged with federal crop insurance fraud in November 2024, accused of underreporting his corn and soybean crops to receive over $2.6 million in insurance benefits. He pleaded guilty to his involvement in the fraud scheme and faces up to 30 years in federal prison without parole.

McBee Sr. was a prominent figure on The McBee Dynasty, a show that focused on McBee Farming Operations. After stepping away from the family business in season 1, he left it in the hands of his son, Steven McBee Jr. The show moved to Bravo for its second season, where the family continued to film despite Steve's absence in some episodes due to the FBI investigation.

Steven Jr. expressed hope for a resolution to the situation before the end of the year, emphasizing the importance of family time amidst the uncertainty. The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys airs on Bravo on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET.
