The weekend kicks off with a Pit Party on Friday night at Albert Whitted Park, featuring food trucks, vendors, live music, and a chance to meet the competitors up close.

The main event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, with over 50 powerboats and 30 AquaX jet ski riders competing for the checkered flag in front of thousands of spectators. VIP tickets are available for an enhanced viewing experience at the end of the St. Pete Pier, offering a prime location with food, beverages, and a live stream of the racing action.

In addition to the excitement of the races, the Grand Prix has economic and environmental benefits for the area. The event attracts visitors from around the country, boosting business for local hotels, restaurants, and retailers. Proceeds from the event support the P1 Marine Foundation, which will make a donation to Tampa Bay Watch during the awards ceremony on Sunday.
