Freezing Man Concerts: A Musical Extravaganza for Epilepsy Research and Education

Join renowned musicians like Rick Nielsen, Daxx Nielsen, Steve Porcaro, and Jane Wiedlin at the upcoming Freezing Man concerts, supporting epilepsy research and education. Hosted by the nonprofit Joey’s Song, the concerts will be held on January 9 and 10 at The Sylvee in Madison, Wisconsin, featuring collaborations from over 35 artists. Vicki Peterson, Debbi Peterson, Butch Vig, Duke Erikson, and members of various bands will also be part of the lineup.

The event will consist of two shows, an unplugged night on January 9 and an electric show on January 10, with Butch Vig serving as the musical director and his covers group, The Know-It-All Boyfriends, as the house band. Tickets for the shows will be available for purchase on Friday at JoeysSong.org. Joey’s Song, established 15 years ago in memory of Joey Gomoll, aims to raise funds for epilepsy research and education, having raised over $1.5 million through previous benefit concerts.
