Power: Origins - Unveiling the Rise of Ghost and Tommy in the Power Universe

Spence Moore and Charlie Mann have been chosen to play the lead roles in Starz's Power: Origins series. Moore will portray Ghost, while Mann will take on the role of Tommy, the younger versions of the characters originally played by Omari Hardwick and Joseph Sikora in the main Power series.

In Power: Origins, Ghost and Tommy are young entrepreneurs in New York City striving to leave their mark on the streets. The show will focus on their bold ambition as they aim to become legendary figures in the game.

MeKai Curtis, known for his role in Power Book III: Raising Kanan, will also appear in Power: Origins as a younger version of Kanan Stark, originally played by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson in the original series.

Power: Origins is the latest spinoff and prequel in the Power franchise, following the success of Power Book II: Ghost, Power Book III: Raising Kanan, and Power Book IV: Force. Another spinoff, Power: Legacy, is currently in development.

Sascha Penn, the creator of Raising Kanan, serves as executive producer and showrunner for Power: Origins, alongside Courtney A. Kemp, the creator of the original Power series.

The Power Universe is produced by Kemp's End of Episode production company, Jackson's G-Unit Film and Television, Mark Canton's Canton Entertainment, and others. Lionsgate Television is the studio behind the series.

Spence Moore is represented by Independent Artist Group, Venture Entertainment Partners, and Goodwin, Genow, Schenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher. Charlie Mann is represented by Untitled Entertainment, Victoria Lepper Associates, and McKuin Frankel Whitehead.

Power: Origins promises to deliver an exciting new chapter in the Power saga, exploring the origins of beloved characters and the gritty world of New York City's underground scene.
