Kody Brown's Grueling Journey on Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 4

Kody Brown from Sister Wives shared his intense experience filming season 4 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. He described the challenging moments, including being pushed to his physical limits by the Directing Staff (DS) instructors. Kody tried to conceal signs of weakness, like his teeth chattering, by pretending to be wheezing during the tasks. Despite struggling with some obstacles, he believed he had more physical strength to give.
During one task, Kody's muscles gave out, and he couldn't complete the monkey bars challenge due to sand on his hands. While he faced difficulties, he admired the strength and endurance of his fellow recruits, Eric Decker, Andrew East, and Mark Estes, who excelled in the tests. Kody acknowledged that he lacked hand strength but had enduring fortitude to keep going.
Reflecting on the emotional and mental challenges posed by the DS team, Kody admitted to feeling ashamed of his leadership mistakes during a particular challenge with Olympian Shawn Johnson East. He recognized the importance of the training in preparing for combat situations and the potential consequences of errors in such scenarios.
Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test season 4 is set to premiere on Fox on Thursday, September 25, at 9 p.m. ET. Kody's experience on the show tested his physical and mental limits, showcasing the demanding nature of the Special Forces training.
