Atlanta United Expands Soccer Access with New Mini Pitch in McDonough
Atlanta United is committed to increasing soccer access in metro Atlanta by introducing a new mini pitch in McDonough. Situated at Alexander Park on Atlanta Street, this field features fencing, seating areas, and versatile space for soccer activities. The project was made possible through a grant from the Atlanta United Community Fund, aiming to enhance soccer availability in local communities. Other mini pitches have been established in Decatur, Clarkston, Rome, Rockmart, and Norcross, further promoting the sport's accessibility in the region.
