Limp Bizkit's 'Making Love to Morgan Wallen' Hits No. 1 on Billboard Charts

Limp Bizkit has made a triumphant return to the top spot on the Billboard chart with their latest track, "Making Love to Morgan Wallen." The song debuted at No. 1 on various charts, including Hot Hard Rock Songs, Alternative Digital Song Sales, and Hard Rock Digital Song Sales. This marks the band's first No. 1 since 2011, with their previous best being "Dad Vibes" reaching No. 6 in 2021.
"Making Love to Morgan Wallen" garnered 2.6 million U.S. streams, 639,000 radio audience impressions, and 2,000 downloads in the week ending Sept. 18. This impressive performance propelled the song to the top of the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, a first for Limp Bizkit since the chart's inception in 2020. The band's last chart-topper was in 2011 with "Gold Cobra" on Top Hard Rock Albums.
Limp Bizkit's success extends to the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, where "Making Love to Morgan Wallen" is steadily climbing. The band has a history of chart success, with 14 entries on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart since 1999, including the No. 4 hit "My Way" in 2001. Despite the new single not being part of a specific album, Limp Bizkit's previous release, "Still Sucks," reached No. 7 on Top Hard Rock Albums in 2021.
