Buescher's impressive lap time of 30.672 seconds at an average speed of 176.056 mph put him ahead of Zane Smith, who has been performing well this season in the No. 38 Front Row Motorsports Ford Mustang. Denny Hamlin, a top Playoff contender, secured the third-fastest time, followed by Bubba Wallace in fourth place and John Hunter Nemechek in fifth.
