Taylor Swift merchandise counterfeiter fined in Dublin. Chang Zhang was convicted and fined for selling fake Taylor Swift merchandise in Dublin. Gardaí caught him selling hats, T-shirts, wristbands, and friendship bracelets from his car near the Aviva Stadium. Zhang admitted he did not have a trading license as required by law. The court imposed a €100 fine on him, with three months to pay, and set recognisance at €100 in case of an appeal. Zhang, who has no previous convictions, did not attend the hearing. In a separate incident, a boy was arrested in connection with a suspected arson attack at a playground in Sandymount.
