Gardaí caught him selling hats, T-shirts, wristbands, and friendship bracelets from his car near the Aviva Stadium. Zhang admitted he did not have a trading license. The court imposed a €100 fine on him. Zhang has no previous convictions. In a separate incident, a boy was arrested in connection with a suspected arson attack at a playground in Sandymount.
