Actress Nicole Kidman and country music star Keith Urban have reportedly split after nearly two decades of marriage. The couple began living separately earlier this year, with Urban moving out of their Nashville home and getting his own place in the city. While Kidman is said to be against the separation and is fighting to save their relationship, the news has not been independently confirmed.
Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, both started their careers in Australia and are dual citizens of the US and Australia. They met in 2005 and tied the knot in 2006 in Sydney. The couple shares two daughters, Faith Margaret and Sunday Rose, and Kidman has two adopted children from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.
Kidman, known for her Oscar-winning role in The Hours, last posted a photo with Urban on social media in June to mark their anniversary. Urban, a four-time Grammy winner, shared pictures of the couple in May after attending the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards.
Kidman recently finished filming a sequel to Practical Magic with Sandra Bullock, while Urban has been on tour since May in support of his 11th studio album, High. The couple's representatives have not commented on the reports of their separation.
