Reba Reunion: JoAnna Garcia Swisher Joins 'Happy's Place' Season 2

"Happy's Place" is gearing up for a special "Reba" reunion as JoAnna Garcia Swisher joins the cast for Season 2. Swisher, known for her role as Cheyenne on "Reba," will guest star alongside Reba McEntire in the NBC comedy series. The new season is set to premiere on Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and will be available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
In Season 2, Swisher will portray Kenzie, a local Knoxville influencer hired to promote Happy's Place in a social media marketing campaign, much to the dismay of Bobbie, played by McEntire. Swisher's appearance marks a reunion with her former on-screen mother from "Reba."
Aside from her role in "Reba," Swisher is also known for her work in the Netflix series "Sweet Magnolias," where she stars and directs episodes. She has also hosted the reality dating show "The Ultimatum: Queer Love" on Netflix. Swisher's extensive TV credits include appearances in "Gossip Girl," "How I Met Your Mother," "Freaks and Geeks," and "Royal Pains."
Joining McEntire and Swisher in the cast of "Happy's Place" are Belissa Escobedo, Melissa Peterman, Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Black Elk, and Rex Linn. The show is executive produced by Kevin Abbott, Reba McEntire, Michael Hanel, Mindy Schultheis, Matt Berry, and Pamela Fryman, with Universal Television as the studio.
"Happy's Place" has previously featured other "Reba" stars, including Steve Howey and Christopher Rich in guest roles. The upcoming season promises more fun and laughter with the reunion of Swisher and McEntire on screen.
