Discover the Exciting Lineup and Innovations at SXSW 2026

South by Southwest (SXSW) has announced the initial lineup of featured sessions and programs for its 40th anniversary event scheduled for March 12 through 18, 2026 in Austin. The sessions cover a diverse range of topics, with a focus on marketing, technology, and social media. Among the highlights are music-related panels featuring All-American Rejects discussing their viral DIY house tour and indie rapper Russ sharing insights on his unique career trajectory with TuneCore's CEO, Andreea Gleeson.

For the first time in its history, SXSW 2026 will consolidate its music, film, and tech programming into a single week-long event. Due to ongoing renovations at the Austin Convention Center, the festival will be centered around three designated "clubhouses": The Innovation Clubhouse at Brazos Hall, the Film and TV Clubhouse at 800 Congress, and the Music Clubhouse at the Downright. These changes aim to enhance the overall attendee experience and facilitate meaningful connections and discussions.

Greg Rosenbaum, SXSW's SVP of Programming, emphasized the festival's commitment to delivering a diverse and engaging lineup of conversations that reflect the evolving landscape of creativity, business, media, and marketing. With updated badge options, a new reservations system, and an expanded crossover day, attendees can look forward to a seamless planning process and opportunities to explore new ideas and forge unexpected connections at SXSW 2026.

Badges for SXSW 2026 are now on sale, offering access to a wide range of programming and networking opportunities. SXSW, which has been partially owned by P-MRC (Rolling Stone's parent company) since 2021, continues to be a premier destination for industry professionals and creatives to converge, collaborate, and celebrate innovation in music, film, and technology.
