ETSU Men's Soccer Team Makes History with Upset Win Over No. 10 UNC-Greensboro
East Tennessee State University's men's soccer team achieved a significant milestone by defeating No. 10 UNC-Greensboro 2-1 at Summers-Taylor Stadium. The game-winner came from freshman Berkay Duman, who scored a curling free kick in the 81st minute. Noel Poole also contributed with his first career goal in the second half. Goalkeeper Emil Holmberg made five crucial saves to secure the victory for ETSU, despite being outshot 7-4 by the Spartans.
