Boston Bruins Finalize Roster and Lineup for Upcoming Season

The Boston Bruins recently made roster cuts from their training camp, with Matt Poitras being assigned to the Providence Bruins and several players placed on waivers. This leaves the Bruins with a finalized roster of 23 players for their upcoming season. Following these moves, the team returned to practice on Oct. 6 to prepare for the season ahead.
During their latest practice, Bruins head coach Marco Sturm set up the lines for the team. The first line consists of Morgan Geekie, Elias Lindholm, and David Pastrnak, while the second line features Pavel Zacha, Casey Mittelstadt, and Viktor Arvidsson. The third line includes Tanner Jeannot, Fraser Minten, and Mikey Eyssimont, with the fourth line comprising Marat Khusnutdinov, Sean Kuraly, and Mark Kastelic. Additionally, Johnny Beecher and Jeffrey Viel serve as extra forwards for the team.
On the defensive end, the Bruins' first pairing consists of Mason Lohrei and Charlie McAvoy, while the second pairing features Hampus Lindholm and Andrew Peeke. The third pairing includes Nikita Zadorov and Henri Jokiharju, with Jordan Harris serving as an extra defenseman for the team. With these lineups in place, the Bruins are gearing up for the start of the season with a strong and balanced roster.
