Shaun Mahé, in his 13th season, is now the Manager of Hockey Systems and Design, focusing on design initiatives and data visualization for the team. Nik Coric transitions to a Pro Scout after a season as an Amateur Scout, while Jesse Saarinen joins as an Amateur Scout after a successful playing career in European leagues and the Finnish National Team.
Ron Anderson, with a successful scouting career at the Chicago Blackhawks, joins the Oilers scouting department. Mike Rabideau comes on board as a Shooting Consultant to assist players with their shooting skills.
