Justin Mahé, with 17 years of experience, has been promoted to Director of Hockey Analysis, overseeing data analysis and the team's development camp. Shaun Mahé, in his 13th season, is now the Manager of Hockey Systems and Design, focusing on design initiatives and data visualization for the team. Nik Coric transitions to a Pro Scout after a season as an Amateur Scout, while Jesse Saarinen joins as an Amateur Scout after a successful playing career in European leagues and the Finnish National Team.
Ron Anderson, with a successful scouting career at the Chicago Blackhawks, joins the Oilers scouting department. Mike Rabideau comes on board as a Shooting Consultant to assist players with their shooting skills. Ryan Marsh, previously the Head Coach of the Spruce Grove Saints, brings his coaching experience to the Oilers after 20 seasons as an assistant coach with various organizations.
