Enmarket Arena Ice Rink Opens to Public for 2025-2026 Season

Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, is opening its ice rink to the public starting this month. City Manager Jay Melder expressed gratitude for the partnership with the Savannah Ghost Pirates and Oak View Group (OVG) that allows for public skate events to take place. The arena will offer recreational youth hockey, adult league hockey, and public skating when there are no Ghost Pirates or OVG events scheduled.

The Savannah Ghost Pirates will kick off their 72-game 2025-2026 season on October 17. From October 18 to December, there are 13 dates reserved for Jr. Ghost Pirates and youth hockey activities. Additionally, starting on October 26, six dates are set aside for youth hockey practice, adult hockey games, and public skating. More information about the scheduled events, including specific times and dates, will be announced by OVG and the Ghost Pirates later this month.

As the arena's event schedule for 2026 takes shape in the coming months, the agreement will provide more opportunities for the public to access the ice rink. Stay tuned for updates on additional ice time available for public use in the upcoming year.
