NBC Sports Announces Star-Studded Lineup for Ice Hockey Coverage at 2026 Olympic Winter Games
The upcoming Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 will feature NHL players for the first time since 2014, and NBC Sports has announced its lineup of commentators for the ice hockey coverage. Kenny Albert, Eddie Olczyk, AJ Mleczko, Brian Boucher, and Jen Botterill will be the main voices for the event. Albert will handle play-by-play duties for both the men's and women's games, while Olczyk and Boucher will provide commentary and analysis for the men's matches. Mleczko will join Albert in the booth for the women's games, and Botterill will serve as the "Inside the Glass" analyst for the women's matches starting from the quarterfinals. Kathryn Tappen will be the on-site reporter for the United States' games and the medal round, with Brendan Burke and Chris Vosters handling additional play-by-play assignments. Anson Carter, T.J. Oshie, and Angel Ruggiero will also serve as analysts for the games. Oshie, a retired NHL player, will make his Olympic TV commentating debut after his memorable performance in the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
