Hard-Ons Unleash Blood-Infused Vinyl: Limited Edition Box Set Revealed!
Hard-Ons, the iconic Australian punk band, has released a limited edition vinyl record created with their actual blood. This unique album is part of a deluxe box set that includes their acclaimed documentary "Hard-Ons: The Most Australian Band Ever!" The box set, set to ship in December, also features a Blu-ray edition of the film, a 16-page booklet, bonus content, a CD soundtrack album, trading cards, an iron-on transfer, and a sticker.
The band's guitarist and bassist had their blood extracted in August 2025, which was then poured into the vinyl pressing plant in Germany. According to the band, this act symbolizes a special bond between Hard-Ons and their fans, creating a blood-brotherhood of truth, justice, and rock'n'roll. They proudly claim that this album is the first to be produced using blood, although other bands like Fall Out Boy and Flaming Lips have also used their blood in vinyl records.
In addition to the release of the album, a sequel to the original documentary titled "Harder And Harder" will be shown in Australian cinemas starting October 30.
