Billy Joel Collectors Presentation: A Farewell Event at LIMEHOF

The Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame (LIMEHOF) is bidding farewell to the popular Billy Joel, My Life: A Piano Man’s Journey exhibit with a special event. The Billy Joel Collectors Presentation will take place on Saturday, October 25 at 2 p.m. at 97 Main St. in Stony Brook. The event will feature the exhibit designer and two local collectors who contributed their personal items for display. Barry Fisch, a board member at LIMEHOF, expressed excitement about honoring the collectors and showcasing their passion for collecting rare Billy Joel items that made the exhibit a success.

Kevin O’ Callaghan, a renowned designer and board member at LIMEHOF, along with the collectors, will discuss the artifacts on display and share insights into the process of creating the exhibit. Attendees can expect to hear stories about collecting Billy Joel memorabilia and how the items were acquired. The collectors have generously donated rare items for door prizes and a silent auction during the event to raise funds for LIMEHOF, including show flyers, signed collectibles, albums, promotional materials, and tour memorabilia.

The event is free with an admission ticket. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate the Billy Joel exhibit and learn more about the art of collecting music memorabilia.
