Oppo Unveils Find X9 and Find X9 Pro: Top-of-the-Line Cameras and Batteries with Hasselblad Partnership

Oppo has unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, in China. These devices boast top-of-the-line specifications for both cameras and batteries. Oppo has continued its partnership with Hasselblad, offering a branded telephoto extender lens for enhanced photography capabilities. The company has also announced a global launch for these devices later this month.
The Find X9 Pro features a triple rear camera setup, including a 200-megapixel, 3x telephoto lens with Hasselblad color tuning and filters. The phone also comes with an extra-wide option inspired by Hasselblad's XPan format. Oppo has collaborated with Hasselblad for the camera technology, and the camera company's logo can be seen on both the phone and the new telephoto extender lens.
The telephoto extender lens for the Find X9 Pro is similar to the one offered by Vivo, with slight design tweaks and a 3.28x zoom distance. Oppo's kit includes a magnetic ring light and a camera grip, enhancing the photography experience. The company has not confirmed if these accessories will be included in the global launch.
Both the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro focus on battery capacity, with the Pro model boasting a massive 7,500mAh battery, similar to Xiaomi's 17 Pro Max. The regular Find X9 comes with a slightly smaller 7,025mAh battery, offering extended usage time. These devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and feature Oppo's ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
The Find X9 and Find X9 Pro were announced for the Chinese market, with the Find X9 priced at ¥4,399 (around $615) and the Pro model at ¥5,299 (around $740). An international launch event is scheduled for October 28th in Barcelona, allowing users worldwide to experience these flagship smartphones.
