CSUB Athletics Unveils 2025-26 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Promotions and Themes Calendar
The CSUB Athletics marketing department has unveiled the 2025-26 Men’s and Women’s Basketball promotions and themes calendar, featuring a total of fourteen special events throughout the season. The schedule includes three season-long promotions and various themed nights for fans to enjoy. The events range from 'Runners Hoopfest to Hometown Heroes/Veteran’s Day, Roller Banner Giveaway, and more.
The Women’s Basketball team will kick off the season with a Rally for the Valley/Rally Towel Giveaway on November 6th against Fresno. The Men’s Basketball team will also honor Hometown Heroes/Veteran’s Day on November 11th against Western Illinois. Fans can look forward to exciting giveaways like bobble heads, jerseys, and sunglasses throughout the season.
On December 13th, the Men’s Basketball team will host a Teddy Bear Toss event, while the Women’s Basketball team will celebrate Women Changing the Game on February 5th. The season will culminate with Homecoming events for both teams in late February, featuring bobble head and sunglasses giveaways.
In addition to the themed nights, the 2025-26 season will feature three season-long promotions for fans to enjoy. Attendees can pick up a free Roadrunner men's basketball gameday poster at the marketing table inside the lobby at the Icardo Center. Chick-fil-A Missed Free Throws and Valley Strong Half-Court Shot contests will also offer fans the chance to win prizes during games.
