Southern Section Girls' Flag Football Playoffs: Divisional Matchups and Playoff Schedule
The Southern Section Girls' Flag Football Playoffs are set to kick off with the first round games scheduled for Tuesday. The matchups for Division 2 include Bishop Amat at Cypress, Cajon at Redlands East Valley, Shadow Hills at Portola, and more. In Division 3, teams like La Serna, Foothill, Moorpark, and Sunny Hills will be facing off. Division 4 features games such as Alta Loma at Temecula Prep, Canyon Springs at West Covina, and Laguna Hills at Inglewood. The Division 5 matchups include Lancaster at Quartz Hill, Moreno Valley at Jurupa Hills, and Rancho Alamitos at Lawndale. Lastly, Division 6 will see teams like Pioneer at Brentwood, Norwalk at Leuzinger, and Westminster La Quinta at Montebello competing.
On Wednesday, the first round games for Division 1 will take place, with matchups like Trabuco Hills at JSerra, Anaheim Canyon at Santa Margarita, and Edison at Newport Harbor. The playoffs will continue with the second round for Divisions 2-6 on October 25, followed by the quarterfinals for Division 1 on October 27 and for Divisions 2-6 on October 28. The semifinals for all divisions are scheduled for November 1, with the finals for all divisions set to take place on November 7-8 at Fred Kelly Stadium.
